DESCRIPTION:ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THIS EVENT \nJoin other 30-year olds for a casual hike (1.5 – 2 miles) scouting for resident and migratory birds of Cromwell Valley Park along the Minebank Run and in some of our old-growth fields. \nCost is $5 per person with all funds supporting Cromwell Valley Park Council\, Inc.\, the 100% volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which advocates for and supports the park.   If you need to cancel your registration\, the $5 fee is converted to a donation to Cromwell Valley Park Council.    THANK YOU! \n30’s and Birdies will be led by volunteer Ben Banaag\, Mia Walsh (CVPC President)\, or a guest leader! \nBring your shoes (which can get wet and dirty)\, your binoculars and a camera for a slow-paced walk looking for our CVP resident birds and fall migratory bird friends! \nCONSIDER ENDING YOUR HIKE BY HEADING OVER TO MCFAUL’S IRON HORSE TAVERN FOR A BITE AND A DRINK!   RSVP SO WE CAN GET AN APPROPRIATELY SIZED TABLE.   Cost for drinks and dinner are on your own. \nBy registering for this event\, you submit your digital signature to the CVPC Event Waiver. \nFor more information\, please email mia@cromwellvalleypark.org \nPS:  We don’t ask for I.D. – so if you are in you’re 18+ or in your 20’s\, 40’s\, 50’s\, 60’s +\, feel free to register!    We’d love to have you!

DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, October 31 at 10:00 AM to 3 PM \nHalloween Trail Trek – All Ages. Come dressed in your costume to discover the tricks along the trails! Start your adventure at the Sherwood House by picking up a self-guided booklet\, follow the clues\, then head back to the Sherwood House to collect your treats! Registration only required for those who would like a treat bag at the end. This is a very family friendly Halloween activity for all ages. There are no scares on the trail or overly frightening decorations. Participants work together to fill in silly Halloween clues in an activity booklet. When you return to the Sherwood House\, all participants who want one will receive a small bag of mixed candy! \nFREE!
