This experience is nature-based with elements of forest bathing\, meditation\, and practical outdoor practices to help balance your nervous system. \nTogether\, we’ll explore practices that encourage presence\, gratitude\, and healing\, honoring the land beneath our feet while nurturing a sense of balance and belonging.
